Business Development Manager
Kajal joined BGL as the New Zealand Business Development Manager, bringing extensive experience from the distribution, manufacturing and corporate retail sectors. With a background in identifying growth opportunities, fostering strong relationships and driving strategic initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Information Systems.

CAS 360 Product Manager
Shami De Silva has held various roles at BGL since joining in 2007, including Support Consultant, Software Quality Assurance Coordinator and Assistant Product Manager, before becoming CAS 360 Product Manager. With a CPA qualification and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Shami brings extensive experience to the role.
