Company Name Reservations and Company Registrations
The big one is here! In this update, you can now reserve a company name and complete Company Registrations with the Companies Office, all from within CAS 360!
We have built a new workflow for New Zealand Company Registrations, making it easy to add all necessary information for the Company Registration from one screen.
Working through the Company Registration process, users can add all the important information about the company, including addresses, officers (directors) and shareholders.
The Company Registration feature in CAS 360 also allows you to complete the Tax Registration with IRD, and the GST Registration if required. This can all be completed in the same process.
Once all the company information has been added to CAS 360, we are now ready to prepare the documents for the client.
CAS 360 has broken down these documents into pre-incorporation documents and post-incorporation documents.
The Pre-Incorporation document pack contains:
- A cover letter
- Company Registration Summary
- Form 2 – Consent and Certificate of Director
- Form 3 – Consent of Shareholder
- Consent to Act (directors)
- Application for Shares
All of these documents have the same CAS 360 features as other company documents, including the ability to set up a partner/manager review, digital signatures, add attachments, email delivery to the client and more.
The Company Registration screen in CAS 360 will automatically check the Companies Office to get the registration status.
Users can also check the registration status by manually selecting the refresh button.
Once the company has been registered, the post-incorporation documents will become available. The post incorporation document pack includes:
- Cover Letter
- First Directors Minutes or Resolution
- Register of Officers
- Register of Members
- Share Certificate
And we are done, the company is registered, and all documents will have been prepared and delivered to the client. Beautiful 😊
